1. Eligibility
    This competition is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the promoter, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  2. How to Enter
    To enter, participants must vote on whether they think Fisherman’s Friend is a lozenge or a mint via the official competition voting platform during the promotional period. One entry per person. No purchase is required to enter.
  3. Competition Period
    Entries open at 12:00am on  24th August 2025 and close at 11:59pm on 21st September 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
  4. Prizes
    Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn. Each winner will receive 160 packs of Fisherman’s Friend (assorted flavours). The total number of winners is three.
  5. Winner Selection
    Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on 23 September 2025. The draw will be conducted under supervision. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. Winner Notification
    Winners will be contacted via email or phone number as provided on the entry form, within 5 working days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, or does not respond, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  7. Prize Delivery
    Prizes will be couriered to New Zealand addresses only. Delivery may take up to 14 working days from winner confirmation.
  8. General
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • By entering, participants consent to their name being used for reasonable publicity purposes in connection with the promotion.
  • Winners consent to sending their photos with the prizes which will be used for reasonable publicity purposes in connection with the promotion.

    Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
